What We Do Best

So let's all agree - the politicians are a pack of liars, and the country is falling apart. Not only our country, but the rest of the world is in a state that can best be described as "pre-shambles". The big decision now is: what are we going to do about it?
Advertise. With the possible exception of litigation, advertising is what Americans do best. We taught the world how to get "the message" out, and we set the bar so high that the best the rest of the globe can do is copy our style. Television, radio, newspapers of all kinds, pamphlets on your front door and windshield or stapled to light poles - even while standing in line at the grocery a tv screen plies you with suggestions of purchases yet to come.
Heck, the USA invented the radio jingle in 1926. The story goes that Wheaties was about to be dropped from the General Mills line due to poor sales. A radio commercial was tried with a singing quartet instead of an announcer, and sales exploded.
Of course, this is all shameless huckstering on my part. While the world leaders try to decide who to blame for their failures, I'm going to keep promoting my own business and doing my best to encourage others to do likewise. If that means that someone buys a jingle from LAJingles.com... well, that would make me ever so happy.
The saying goes: "Charity begins at home" - I believe prosperity does too.
