Jingle Prices

IMPORTANT NOTICE LAJingles does not sell the copyright to its jingles. The fee charged to you is a license fee allowing you to use the jingle to advertise your business within specified geographical boundaries and time limits. Generally speaking, you can use the jingle(s) within those boundaries any way you choose, except you cannot sub-lease or sub-assign the rights to any third party, or sell the jingle(s) to anyone else.
Jingle prices can vary according to where the jingles are used, how many musicians are involved, and who the musicians may be. However, some common uses can be defined and priced accordingly.
Jingles are supplied in packages. A package will have about five "cuts" each edited to provide the jingle in a slightly different format so you can avoid having each commercial sound the same. A typical package would be:
| 1. 60 seconds "Donut" (singing at the beginning and end with an instrumental bed in the middle for a local announcer to voice over.)

| 2. 30 seconds "Donut" (singing at the beginning and end with an instrumental bed in the middle for a local announcer to voice over.)

| 3. 30 seconds "Sing-on" (singing at the beginning only, with instrumental throughout the remainder for a local announcer to voice over.) |
| 4. 30 seconds "Sing-out" (singing at the end only, with instrumental throughout the remainder for a local announcer to voice over.) |
| 5. 10 seconds "Stinger" (approximate time - the end sing designed to be played at the end of an announcer voice over commercial.)
